Use this registration page to sign up for upcoming TPS & EAD Workshops to assist new arrivals in preparing their immigration applications.

All Staff and Volunteers

• If a date does not show up, that means those slots are full or we do not have a workshop scheduled - select another date/time.
  
• Workshop location is in downtown Chicago.
  

Pro-bono (legal and support staff) and Law Students

• You don't need to be a licensed or practicing attorney in the state of Illinois!
• Pro-bono (legal and support staff) and law students have ONE shift option 8:30am-1:00pm. If you wish to attend all day, select the morning shift and plan to attend through 5:00pm.
• If this is your first time attending the workshop, we strongly recommend that you sign up for a morning session for your first shift.
• You can sign up for multiple shifts by choosing "select and add another time."

Non-Legal Volunteers

• Non-legal volunteers have two shift options 8:30am-1:00pm and 12:30pm-5:00pm. If you wish to attend all day, select both.
  
• You can sign up for multiple shifts by choosing "select and add another time."
  

Legal Services Organizations (LSO) and Interpreter Organizations

• Everyone associated with an LSO or Interpreter Organization should continue to use your organization's unique link to register and plan on participating all day.

Contracted Immigration Attorneys & Law Students (Supervising and Non-Supervising)

• You should continue to use unique link.
• There are two shift options 8:30am-1:00pm and 12:30pm-5:00pm. If you wish to attend all day, select both.
  
• You can sign up for multiple shifts by choosing "select and add another time."
  

Do you know someone who wants to attend a workshop as an applicant?

Applicants attending workshops are identified and registered by their case managers in shelters. We have a strict no walk-in policy. Individuals interested in participating in an immigration application workshop must speak directly with their case manager or visit WelcomeToIL.org for more information.
